Lady Gaga would be playing at the gig after her choreographer Laurieann Gibson first spilled the beans on Twitter.
Gibson posted: 'Grammy meeting performance extrodinaire..!!!'
Few hours later by a fan if the news was authentic,Gaga answer with a simple 'yes' on her own page.
This will be Gaga's second appearance at the awards bash - she performed a show-stopping duet with Elton John of their tracks Speechless and Your Song at last year's ceremony.
Meanwhile, doubt is raising that Britney Spears will also make an appearance at the ceremony on February 13 at LA's Staples Centre.
