Lady Gaga is currently facing lawsuit over his new album 'Born This Way' because it has been claimed by South Korean Production that there has been similarities b/w Gaga's 'Born This Way' and a song they wrote for a Korean girl band.
After the release of Gaga's album the unnamed producer claimed that they planned to taken the matter further with Lady Gaga's publishing company.
Lady Gaga has already faced claims that the song, taken from her new album of the same name, is similar to Madonna's hit, 'Express Yourself'.
